RISK ASSESSMENT
While filming our Opening Tile Sequence we will come across a few risks.
Fire
Rope
Heights
To also add on other points, we need to make sure that we take care when using recording equipment given from the school, checking that the tripod is stiff and not going to fall over causing a cracked camera is a good start. If we are using props that could cause physical damage to the actor we have to take special precautions to make sure that the risk of harm is at a minimal. But we are not using any props that could cause physical health so we should be fine with this.

Fire
- Matches - Make sure the matches are blown out properly before binning them. Also, when lighting the candles, make sure not to burn yourself and keep your fingers far away from the flame. Take care not to let the match burn too close to your fingers.
- Candles - The candles will be on the floor, surrounding Bailee. Be careful when stepping over them and be careful not to step too close so that you knock them over or catch fire to yourself.
Rope
- We will be tying up Bailee's hands together so make sure that the rope isn't too tight and that we don't tie it too strong so Bailee doesn't loose the blood circulation and can get the rope back off after.
- Also, keep away from the fire.
Heights
- Climbing - When climbing the stair rail make sure not to fall. Put a chair in front just in case someone was to fall.
- Dangling - Place a chair underneath and when you're just about to film take the chair away. Make sure someone is nearby when the person needs to stop dangling.
- Jumping - When jumping from a height be careful not to hurt yourself. Place something soft to land on.
